The apartment is new, built in summer 2012. year. It is located on two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen and dining room. At the gallery, there is a bathroom and a bedroom. On the second floor there is another bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea and the beach. The apartment has two balconies with nice sea view. The apartment is air conditioned, has satellite TV, Wi-fi.
Its excellent position enable guests to enjoy their vacation without need of using any means of transportation because everything they might need is located in radius of 50 meters (yards)-grocery store, bakery, veterinarian, dentist, ATM, town port, pubs and most imported-public beach.
The apartment house is designed by two awarded young architects in a way to preserve energy (solar cells). Apartment has living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and terrace facing sea. Guests have parking lots on their disposal and one boat place in marina. Pakostane has more than 2500 sunny hours through the year. Average sea temperature during summer months is 26 °C .

Pakostane has more than 2500 sunny hours through the year. Average sea temperature during summer months is 26 °C. Near Pakostane there are 4 National parks ( Plitvice, Krka, Paklenica, Kornati) and 2 Nature parks (Lake Vrana and Telaščica). The river basins of Plitvice and the Krka River, the Paklenica Canyon carved into the mythical Croatian Velebit mountain range and the Kornati island archipelago, all live in unique diversity but at the same time in unique harmony. Two Nature parks are also characterised by their diversity. The Lake Vrana Nature Park is submersed in freshwater, while the Telaščica Nature Park in salt water.Near Pakostane there are two old cities: Zadar (dating from Roman times) and Šibenik (old seat of Croatian kings).
